The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver reports that sales of detached, attached and apartment properties, for the month of February showed an increase of 70.3% in comparison to February 2010.

Year over year, sales of detached properties increased 42.6% in February. The benchmark price increased 6% from the same month last year.

Sales of attached properties increased 17.5% in comparison to February 2010. The benchmark price is up 2.3% from one year ago.

Sales of apartments increased 85.5% in February 2010. The Benchmark price showed an increase of 2.2% in comparison to February last year.
