The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver reports that sales of detached, attached and apartment properties, for the month of June showed an decrease of 45.2% in comparison to July 2009.

Year over year, sales of detached properties decreased 43.7% in July. The benchmark price increased 11.5% from the same month last year.

Sales of attached properties decreased 53.5% in comparison to July 2009. The benchmark price is up 8.6% from one year ago.

Sales of apartments decreased 42.7% in July 2009. The Benchmark price showed an increase of 6.2% in comparison to July last year.
